One key aspect of running a successful company is setting your prices. How do you price yourself to be both competitive and profitable?

Pricing a Product Business:

• We will look both top down (what are customers willing to pay) and bottom up (what do you need to charge to be profitable) to identify your product prices.
• Are you selling direct to consumer or B2B or through a reseller? How does that affect how you set your prices, what is the advantage of a price list
• What other items will you charge for? Shipping, packing, repair, personalization, training, etc.
• Can you have multiple prices in different markets / channels?
